KEYS: These will be given to you on
arrival. Please remember to return your keys on departure. A minimum
charge of £40 will be made if keys are lost (to cover the cost of
changing the locks).
DEPOSIT:
Bookings made more than 6 weeks before arrival
shall be accompanied by a deposit of 10% of the total cost. Bookings
made less than 6 weeks before arrival shall be accompanied by the total
cost of the holiday.
FINAL PAYMENT:
Once the booking is accepted the
balance of the cost is payable 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.
CANCELLATION:
If a booking is cancelled then the deposit is not
returned and the balance is still payable on the due date. Every effort
will be made to re-let and if successful will mean a refund of the rent
less the deposit. We suggest holiday insurance is taken out.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:
The accommodation is not available until
3.00pm
on the day of arrival and must be vacated by
11.00am
on the day of departure.
DAMAGE:
You are responsible for the cost of damage or
breakages and for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition. No
rebates will be given for mechanical failure of any kind and every
effort will be made to effect repair.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS:
The total number of the party must
not exceed that disclosed on the booking form - additional guests are
not permitted.
LIABILITY:
No liability is accepted by the owners for any personal injury to guests
or any loss or damage to their property. The management reserve the
right to decline accommodation and to demand the immediate withdrawal of
any persons not complying with the conditions, or for any conduct
detrimental to the property.
HEATING :
Heating and hot water are included in the price. Central heating is set
for twice a day, but if the settings are changed and excessive fuel used
we reserve the right to charge an extra £30.
